I have a screen filter for my computer which blocks 99% of VLF (very
low frequency) and ELF (extremely low frequency) electric fields and
has helped reduce some of my symptoms and it only cost £15 (in
England) and is made by Kensington.

I think most people find that computers are by far the worst thing
and you may be either totally fine or a lot better around other
things although I am also finding radios to be a problem especially
digital ones. And try to avoid using anything like wireless broadband
and other similar things.

Maybe if you have something relatively long to read on the computer,
you could print it out and read it somewhere else to limit the time
you spend working on it. There are LCD projectors for computers you
can use instead of a monitor and one person who's story is on this
site http://electrosensitivity.org/ says it helped him alot.
