If you have any fillings removed which are not already falling out, please,
please ensure that you go to a dentist who gives you some sort of treatment
or "protocol" such as chelating agents, Vitamin C infusions or something
similar to allow your body to cope with the mercury vapour which will be
emitted while they are being drilled out. "Mercury-free" dentists should
always place an air dam in your mouth to prevent most of it getting down
your throat, but if only a tiny proportion gets past and is absorbed into
your bloodstream, it will make things much worse. Your body has to be
prepared to deal with it, and most protocols mean that you need to start
taking things well before the extraction.

We speak from bitter experience - Sue's fillings (just 4 small ones) were
removed by a mercury-free dentist using an air dam but with no chelation or
infusions. She suffered burning in her throat for 3 days afterwards, her
chemical sensitivity got worse immediately, and she then developed ES (which
she had never had before) a month later.

Basically, mercury in fillings dissolves extremely slowly in the mouth, and
gets into saliva which is swallowed. The tiny amount involves do not seem
to affect most people, but do give problems to those with MCS, ES and the
like. Now consider that when the filllings are drilled out, the heat
releases all the mercury in one go over a period of a few minutes rather
than several years, so the load is maybe 100 or 1000 times higher during
that time. It makes sense to be prepared....

Do you have any "holistic" or "mercury-free" dentists in your area?
Best to go to one of them... a "regular" dentist will try to convince
you that your fillings are harmless, and have nothing to do with
any health problems. A holistic dentist will be happy to do this,
and will take additional precautions to protect you from the
mercury vapor while the fillings are being removed.
