Hi Paul,

Well, you are right and I am wrong. I am now able to get grounded through
100% cotton and even a cotton rayon blend. I don't understand why I couldn't
before. I am testing it on clothing that I am wearing on my body at the time.
I notice that it seems to matter where on the garment I attached the grounding
wire.
I plan to send a grounding wire to my grandson. Going by his sleeping habits and sleepwear we decided that it would work best to attach the groundingwire
to his 100% Polyester comforter. I hope that it works out for him. He hasto
use the indoor, outlet plug because he lives in an apartment building.  

The comforter that you were unable to ground...was it 100% Polyester? You
called it Poly coated. Can you give me more information about that?
