I wonder if you are referring to "caffeine" rather than "cacao"?

I do notice stimulating effects from caffeine, and have wondered
about those who claim that herbs like "Yerba Mate" are healthy,
as to me it seems like Yerba Mate acts like a drug in the same
way that coffee does.

(no ES benefit from Yerba Mate that I can tell)
