Well, probably not "forever"... I've been dealing with my ES for
6 years, and I think I had most of my good food choices figured
out within the first year. However, I still will occasionally try
something new at the store these days.

As for "muscle testing", I have certainly seen a lot of people
who do this, and I also do it on myself. However, the results
have certainly been mixed, and for controlling ES symptoms
throughout the day, I've found that nothing replaces good old
trial & error!
