Hi Lee, welcome to the group, and every sympathy in your predicament.

As Marc hints below, a difficulty with ES is that what works for one person
often doesn't work for another, so there are no guaranteed "quick fixes".
(Plenty of examples in past emails!) But it is worth trying some things out,
while also looking for a long-term approach.

The big question I always feel is - when and why did the problem start, and
what's the underlying cause? For someone who's eating a healthy diet, and
avoiding EMF's as far as possible, yet still suffering ES symptoms in
conditions that don't affect the majority of people, there must be some good
reason. For many people it seems to be a badly damaged immune system, often
for very obscure reasons.

I don't want to sound flippant, but is there any possibility of transferring
to a school without a wireless network? Over here in the UK I think they
are not all that common yet in schools, though use is growing. Depends what
the situation is where you're living. For most people, prolonged exposure
to a frequency you're sensitised to seems to make things worse.

Beswt wishes, Ian

Lee, it sounds like you're already doing about as much as one
could hope for in terms of avoidance. As for diets and supplements,
I've found that evening primrose oil capsules and strong antioxidants
(e.g. Megahydrin, Amrit) are helpful. Also look into any and everything
that contains seaweed/kelp.

Do you have any metal dental work? History with mercury/lead/aluminum
poisoning? Removal of metals and heavy metal detoxification can be
a good way of reducing symptoms around EMF (as long as you are very
careful -- the whole heavy metal removal "industry" is full of
potentially dangerous practices).

As for devices, Clarus doesn't seem to have a good success ratio here.
People here have had success with the Bioprotect card, Quantum Products,
Stetzerizer filters, Springlife Polarizers, Tachyon products, and
others.

Marc
