Like you, I can't use an ordinary landline phone without getting
symotoms. However, I can comfortably use a land line speaker phone, which does not
involve my touching the phone. In order for this to work for me, though, I
had to switch to entirely plastic glasses. I also remove earrings when I am
going to use the phone. And I keep the cord to the phone as far away from
my body as possible. The entire cord and phone broadcast electrical
pollution frequencies.
I have yet to try the ferrite bead that is supposed to help with that,
as we had already switched our phone cords to a size the beads don't fit.
That would be worth trying, too, though.
My speaker phone cost less than $10.
You might like to try that.
