Hello Jean,
what special paper are you referring to?
If you are using the special wallpaper from Marburg, no grounding is needed.
However, its shielding factor is not great.
Grounding of shielding materials is necessary, when the material is
electro-conductive.
The aforementioned black paint is electro-conductive, but most other
materials are not.
