I've been using a special paper to shield. (it shields the phone mast
signal like dividing by ten the signal). But i've been told there
might be an electrical signal induced (like for the canopy), therefore
have to ground the paper.

So here is my question : how do I ground a paper material. I've
already added copper wire taped directly at the bottom of the paper,
but I'm afraid it's not enough electrical contact with the paper to
evacuate the electricity.
