Hi, all! (My first posting to this forum)

About 12 years ago, I had all my metal dental fillings removed, and
when I was well through that, I started looking for a safe way to
detox. Chlorella looked like a safe choice, but because of my
unpredictable sensitivities, I played it safe, and started out with
only 1/10 tablet.

It made me so sick, that i gave up on Chlorella.

10 years later I read somewhere that small doses of Chlorella
mobilizes more mercury than it eliminates (through the gut), while a
large dose is able to eliminate more than it mobilizes.

OK, I took a whole tablet: No reaction.

I have now been taking 2 tablets 3x daily for one year. I think it
helpes somewhat with my ES.
