Shivani (& Drasko) - I ruled out Alt.Current as culprit. Here's why:
Because battery operated NIR LED massager caused me pain. Also the
LED on my digicam - ditto. Rather, the common denominator culprit
seems to be LIGHT RADIATION. Of course, intensity & proximity make it
worse. Still, "shielding" or color-changing or covering or sunglasses
may only help to a limited degree, if at all, as I've learned from
both experience & testimonials.

For example, Drasko testified in the following survey, that covering
fluoresent lights didn't help him. So he ruled out "light" as
culprit. However, that doesn't take into account that EMF'S OF LIGHT
PENETRATES.
