Marc,

In answer to your questions...I have not tried more than one battery. Idon't think dead batteries do the trick because I find I have to change mine from time to time. I have tried C batteries, which I don't think workas well as D, but my
husband just pointed out to me that I am using a C battery on the micro wave and it is working just fine.

Thanks for the clarification on your test Marc. Let me know if it works for you
now, or any other tests you might do. I always like to experiment with things and learn from others.

Best Regards, Phyllicia

I agree that brand names and exact product descriptions are usually
critical on list, especially with things like nutritional supplements.
However, since I don't know how a D battery might help, it's possible
that the only important thing is that the battery carries a charge.

*My* questions are:

- has anyone tried 2 batteries, and seen if they work better
than one?

- does a dead battery work, or does it have to be fully charged?

As for my report that the D battery didn't work for me, that
wasn't actually a fair test, as I later found out that I had
a Transcend energy card in my pocket at the time of the test,
and I know that these cards reduce my tolerance for computer
usage. So I need to redo that test fairly!
