Vinny,

I refer you to my original posting on this issue, Thur. Aug. 31, 2006. It really isn't as complicated as you seem to want to make it. I realize it is highly subjective, however, I have tested enough people and seen the results for myself to be convinced that it works.

I have been practicing applied kinesiology (muscle checking) for about 35years,
and I am really good at it. I know that because I get phone calls daily from as
far away as Australia from people who want me to check them for certain things.
I tell them that I am not a fortune teller, I can only test what is present with them
at the time of the testing. Through muscle checking I am able to read their
energy on a number of different levels. I tell you this, not to brag, but to let
you know how I determined the validity of the D battery thing. You, of course,
are free to believe whatever you choose about it.

We moved to Northern California from North Carolina in 2000. By the Grace of God, we moved onto some acreage in the country. Because of this a lot of
my electro- sensitive problems disappeared except I was still getting very tired
if I stayed at the computer or watched TV for any length of time. I alsohad
problems of fuzzy headedness. The best I can describe it is that my headwould
feel so fuzzy that I felt like I was in the world, but not of the world. It was a
really awful feeling to me. I could see, but not really grasp the realityof what I
was seeing.

The D battery thing came about in this way: Our Central Air kept blowingfuses.
We bought new fuses for it, but then one day we mixed up the blown fuse with
the new fuse. I decided that I could test which fuse was the new fuse and which
was the old fuse by muscle checking to see which fuse still held positiveenergy.
It worked. This interested me, so I got the idea that one of these largefuses could be placed on the TV to counteract the negative effects of theTV. It seemed to work.

You experts could tell me if this is true or not, but I think it has something to
do with the fact that humans operate on direct magnetic current and TV'son alternating electric current. I think that the alternating current from the TV interrupts our energy fields in some way, which causes problems for us.

Anyway, I started testing batteries in the same way that I tested those large fuses to see if they were worn out or not. This worked on the batteries just like it
had on the fuse. Since I didn't have a large supply of fuses and they cost a lot more than batteries I decided to try the battery flat side down on the TV. This made the TV, which had previously weakened me, check strong for me even if I was standing right in front of it with the TV turned on. I tested several sizes of batteries. C worked okay, but the D batterybetter. I buy them at the grocery store. There is nothing complicated about it. Any ol' D battery will work. I wouldn't go to the trouble or expense of buying anything expensive or exotic.

So then, I started testing other people with their response to the TV, using applied kinesiolgy. I personally found that it tested the same way with everyone except the one woman I mentioned earlier, whose religious beliefs caused her to be freaked out at the whole concept of energy fields. I even tested two different weight lifters, who thought that there was noway that little old me could push their arm down, surely they could overpower me, they thought.

Using their deltoid muscle as the tester I had them put their arm straight out
and resist when I pushed down on their arm. The arm was stiff as a boardinitially until I had them put their free hand on the TV. Then, I easilypushed their arm down using only two fingers. After I placed the D battery on top of the TV they
imediately returned to their former strong self.

Since I first discovered this D battery thing I have tested with the sameresults,
our TV, computer hard drive, monitor, and the Micro Wave oven. Marc Martin says that it didn't work for him, and I honor that, but it has worked for everyone I have personally tested except that one woman I mentioned.

Anyway, I can now sit at the computer all day long, if I choose, and watch TV
for hours, if I choose, and I no longer get tired from it or get that awful fuzzy headedness. This is true even though I have to sit directly in front of the micro wave oven when I am on the computer. As I mentioned before the placement
of the battery is different on the micro wave oven. It is placed on top of the
micro wave on its side with the flat, negative, side of the battery facing out toward
the room.

That is my story, and I am sticking to it. Smile! If anyone wants to give it
a try, and it works for them, fine, if not, that is okay with me also. I never
try to push my ideas onto anyone. I truly appreciate that what works forone
may not work for another. I apologize that this is so long, but I hope that answers everyone's questions about this.

Best Regards, Phyllicia

I have finally gotten out of the lab for a bit and can maybe catch up
on some emails! Frankly, any such claim about a D cell sized cell
would, to me, be very ambiguous and confusing, and possibly
misleading, and also untestable, unless the person specified, in
addition to naming the size (i.e., size D) of the cell, the
manufacturer, the brand/model name of the battery (i.e., many
manufacturs produce several models of zinc-carbon cells and alkaline
cells, ranging from inexpensive to high-end) and the exact type of
battery, such as zinc-carbon, alkaline, titanium alkaline, Ni-Cd,
lithium ion, etc.

with care,
