One is about all I can afford at the moment....

My hope is that it will help me sleep better. Many VOCs act as
stimulants and can keep me awake. I'll give it a try as it's an
affordable experiment.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep it in mind for when I get more
permanently settled.
