there is a conversion table from uW/m2 to mV/m

mV/m or milliVolt per meter is the strength ot the electrical field.
uW/m2 or microWatt per square meter is the strength of the density of an
electromagnetic field.
Both are not a formula but a unit of the strength of a field.
