Note that the Quantum power strips do not change the reading on the
Stetzerizer meters, so if you are looking to reduce your meter readings,
you'll have to use Stetzer filter for that.

However, some people do report similar improvements from the Quantum
power strips, regardless of what the meter says. So symptoms do
not necessarily correlate with the meter readings (as usual)
