Karen,

I consulted one my ES experts about your discharge problems,
and they agreed that these symptoms are indeed considered
to be part of ES, and are not known under a separate name.
They noted that these symptoms are commonly seen with people
who have near-death experiences (!).

They provided some suggestions:

* wear grounded shoes
* wear cotton clothing instead of synthetics
* avoid metal jewelry, zippers, snaps
* detox heavy metals, raise body pH

But I suspect that you are doing all these things already...
