i find colourbreathing a good alternative as well// You know put yourselfin that white light and then breath the same rainbow..(they say you can get the frequencies by breathing the colours, but what do i know) or all the colours seperately or with red, to ground. you can find the chakra-block (with me orange and blue) and work it out.

I do use a sock on my glass tachyon disk.. that blackens pretty quick andwhen i take it off it feels all bad.(kind of confusing). then i wash it and it is better.. glad that that is away from me, is do think it cleans "me" (that that negative enrgy somehow came out of me. hard to believe, but yeah..shoot)
