We will be happy to assist you. Please clarify if you are measuring electric
field or magnetic field? What meter are you using?

The reason I ask is that a grounded conductive surface will shield an
electric field very easily. So either you have multiple sources of electric
field, or perhaps we are talking about magnetic field?
