Hi,
once ten/11 years ago i got a sudden problem with the sun. Also got an infection under the ear. although i was not really es back then, i know it was related// even though my skin is dark all of a sudden i got spots on my face, like burns//
I drank bitter teas (like hombre grande which is cassia and sorosy, a bitter blood cleanser, they are local treas here, but there are other bitter bloodcleansers). I always like to clean blood with brewers yeast as well//The best was another bitter product more native to Canada/US which is goldenseal. Used it internal and topical (was a topical with capsicum and gum myrrh) which took all symtomps away.. at that time the ear was the worse and puss seemed to pull from all over my body and out//
Not sure if this helps.. try antioxidants for sure and maybe a carrot cream, some have UV factor..
