Well here's the results of my experiment of the last couple days:

Like I mentioned, I thought I'd put a bunch of salt on top of the
propane fireplace. I also keep a small pot of water there, because
the air here gets quite dry.

I didn't associate the two till early this eve. - Shortly after that,
I guess when it had enough time to do it's thing into the air, I
started getting a weird heavy feeling in my head. Making me wonder if
I was getting ready to have another, and maybe more serious stroke.

There was just a whole different energy field in the house, that
reminde me of when I walk into certain emf fields make me feel ill
immediately, to the point of vomiting at times. -Although it didn't
get that bad.

Then by yesterday eve. I had a headache. I recalled what Marc said,
but I get headaches from lots of things, and I was relating it to the
strange feeling already in my head, besides some sinus troubles.

Headache all day today, but spent a great deal of it outdoors, then I
got feeling worse again after being inside, and the pain increasing,
although it didn't feel like the stroke in my head so much, just the
whole odd feeling, and couldn't stand the idea of eating.

I laid down and tried to think what was different, since there's no
cell phone masts or anything right in this area. I thought it has to
be the monitor, or the salt, that's all I've changed, and the pc isn't
on all the time. Then I realized it was the salt, so I removed it
from the stove, and in probably under two minutes, the house cleared,
and the pain and pressure in my head started lessening. Although it's
just over 24hrs. since it started, and isn't entirely gone, hey, I
felt well enough to get on here and tell you all!
I think I didn't realize it right away, because it wasn't electrical,
well plug in kind anyhow.

What I tried next, from what I'd read about the salt lamps, and
supposedly why it works, is throw it (a couple handfuls worth) into a
large pot with water and put it on to boil. Wow! Now there is the
negative ion effect. (I do that to add humidity with just water at
times during the winter, particularly if my lungs are bothersome, so
In know the salt was the difference.)

A neighbor, also stopped by, and as soon as he stepped in he noticed,
and said, "Wow, you have it really nice in here!" Tomorrow I'll tell
him what it was. Especially since his wife has trouble being around
electric versions of these machines.

I'm curious as to the dry salt problem, maybe it needed more moisture
than is normally here to make it work, so it was doing the opposite?
Guess I'll skip the lamp unless I move somewhere humid, because the
Himalayan ones particularly appealed to me.

I used Grey Celtic Sea Salt btw. I might try it with some other for a
quick try later on, just to see if that makes a difference.
