Hi Charles,

I tried e-mail first with Dave Stetzer too -- he didn't respond right
away and I was too impatient to wait, so I phoned the company
and was very surprised when Mr. Stetzer offered to take my call
personally. Some people simply prefer the phone to e-mail, I
suppose.

Because I had so many questions, Dave Stetzer also suggested
I visit a website maintained by a woman recovering from ES, who
has benefited from the Stetzer filters:
http://www.electricalpollution.com. The website collects info
about Martin Graham and Dave Stetzer's work. I'm finding it
helpful. If you haven't already checked it out, maybe it's worth a
look? I assume you've already read all the material on
http://www.stetzerelectric.com; my impression is that the
electricalpollution site contains material not on Stetzer's own
company website.
