need EMF barrier for computer

Melva,

When I was that bad I also could not sit infront of a screen (or TV, or use
a home phone, or go out into the sun, stand next to a stove, or even put a
cell phone in my pocket). But as for screens, I seemed to be sensitive only
to my new screen, which I now believe was a contributing factor to my EHS by
omitting chemicals into the air. Is your screen a new one? if so, locate in
in an open space, and let it run for days far away from you, until most of
the new chemicals have time to evaporate. after say a two weeks of this, see
if you can use it with less discomfort.

Also, work on being generally healthier. If you improve your life, rest up,
eat well, go on a vacation, love, laugh, sleep, do yoga, your body will
improve. It probably not fully heal, but I found I can now mange the
symptoms, I sit at the computer longer periods, and hold a cell phone in my
hand with not problem ( I speak through the external speaker).

When I get a cold, my symptoms worsen, and when the sun is out (here in
Israel that happens often...) I now actually feel better.

You are now at a low peek. Many of us were there, and bounced back to a
managble situation.

oh, I suggest that you don't spend a lot of money on remedies. the core
health factors are life changes, learning to decrease stress and be
satisfied with what you do. When one is sick he will search for any remedy,
no matter the cost. In the long run, I found that what helped me was life
changes that I was willing to make for "free". Changing habits can prove to
be hard to do. You need an understanding partner, and resolution,

Hillel
