I think there are a couple -- do a search on mercury poisoning
or autism in YahooGroups.

That said, I'm not sure if there are mercury poisoning worth
recommending -- one of them is run by Andy Cutler, who will
insult anyone who is not using his protocol, and claim that
all of the competing products are "scams". I'm a subscriber
to another group off Yahoo called [hidden email], but
this group has no moderator at all, and the list participants
regularly get into arguments about American politics! :-(
