Sue and I are wondering if this may be more widely applicable than just to MS (multiple sclerosis) sufferers. A recent test on Sue has shown positive for neurological antibodies which would lead to myelin sheath damage. The IgM values were high and this indicates a problem in the last year - which corresponds to the period of Sue's electrosensitivity. So evening primrose oil and other items recommended to combat MS might help ES sufferers too by rebuilding myelin sheaths round nerves. Any other experiences?

Subject: [eSens] myelin sheath etc.
Dr. Magda Havas, whose research has shown such amazing improvement in MS
people when they install the Graham Stetzer filters, believes that MS people
are particularly sensitive to electrical pollultion because their myelin
sheath damage leaves them literally with less insulation on their nerves than
others have.
Adding more good fats to my diet has been part of the overall approach
suggested by my Classical Homeopath physician, who is an MD. This includes
organic meats, high-quality cod liver oil, evening primrose oil, raw coconut
oil and nuts that have been soaked in salt water to deactivate enzyme
inhibitors, then dried. Also FRESHLY GROUND flax meal. We eat it within 15 minutes
of grinding it.
I have read in a book about turmeric that a combination of turmeric,
ashwaganda and Brahmi (Gotu Kola) will help rebuild myelin sheath if combined
with very fresh ground flax seed.
Regards,
Shivani
