If you have current on the ground and you ground the things that you
mention you have, you are giving the high frequencies free access via itemsand
they are now broadcasting the damaging frequencies throughout your living
space.
You can have someone come with an oscilloscope and read what is on your
ground, your beams, etc. You can also buy a clamp-on ampmeter and take
readings on your pipes, beams, etcetera yourself. If there is current onthese,
you can bet it contains the same high frequencies that you found in your
circuits.
In the US today it is no longer safe to ground to ground/terra firma.  
Some individuals grounding earth tethers, faraday cages, etc. have made
themselves very ill doing this.    
High frequency electrical fields on your floor can also be caused by
having high frequency current on water pipes, phone or tv lines that are running
under the floor. Remember that the high frequencies are subject to the
"skin effect," so they tend to spread out over surfaces that you would not
ordinarliy consider conductive.
