Hi folks,

I have taken spirulina for nearly two years. At times as these days I
take as much as 40 grams daily. I get a great boost from it as from
nothing else. Also, besides being electrosensitive I am very
sensitive to the quality of the food I eat. Spirulina is one of the
foods I like the most.

The spirulina I have been ingesting for two year now could be
potentially polluted from who knows what since it is harvested in the
Texcoco Lake which is in a heavily populated area near Mexico City.
Yet, I still take it because if I do not take it I feel very bad.
When I take it I feel the spirulina stimulates my elimination
procecess which is a good thing.

I am very sensitive to pollutants... much more than most people I know
personally. I cant stand smoking, incense, dust, some chemical paints,
but I get much benefit from potentially polluted algae. I can also
feel when something is making toxins flush out of my body as some
clays, fermented foods and spirulina.

It is likely that spirulina "recycles" some of the pollution into some
nutrients, I read it thrives in human urine. Who knows?
