Yes, nausea or die-off... some of the viruses, bacteria, yeast, can't
stand the increase in pH, so they die off. In such cases, it's best
to back off on dosage.

Also, when I take too much I sometimes get dehydrated...rather odd
for a supplement that's supposed to help rehydrate you!
