Melatonin is disrupted by EMF. Melatonin is secreted by the pineal
gland, sets the body clock, is an essential anti-oxidant, prevents
cancers, and many other things. Type in Melatonin on the web and you
can get all kinds of info.
If I take it (only right before bed because it knocks me out) it
usually makes me feel very groggy in the morning. It is great for
travelers in reseting the body clock.

I have also taken 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) which supports Serotonin
synthesis which wakes you up in the morning (with the help of light)
and gives you that bright feeling. Serotonin is important for the
production of Melatonin and is used as an anti-depressant.

I haven't gotten great results from my experimentation with these
supplements.

Does anyone have any good info on this?
