Respectfully I must disagree with some of what I think is being said
here.

I agree that intuition can be very helpful to us as we are learning
to manage ES. But intuition can also be wrong. If your body tells you
that a supplement is good for you, I believe that advice is as good
as anyone else's (perhaps better)– but some of us are still in the
process of learning how to read the signals that our own bodies send
us. In the meantime, we need to continue to use our judgment. As we
learn to listen to our bodies and intuition more, we do not need to
turn off our brains altogether. I think we need to strike a balance
in this, as in most things.

What concerns me most is the advice not to worry about sleep. ("Do
not think, your body is stronger than you might think, it is all in
the mind.") This is exactly the sort of thinking that got my husband
into the mess he is in now. Like most overachieving workaholics, my
husband did not understand or accept that his body is finite. He did
not think he was tired either, at first – but that was one of the
tricky effects of the EMFs, he would get buzzy from it and then crash
later on. The crash may not happen right away either. For years my
husband was able to will himself to keep up the pace, never stopping
to address any health issues. Now, at great cost, he is finally
learning to pay attention to his body's limitations. I accept some of
the responsibility too, for not paying attention or intervening more
effectively as my husband gradually became ill. My advice to Hillel
is: if your body is in pain, tired, whatever – please, listen to it.
It's trying to tell you something that your mind may be slower to
understand. In our case, one of the most important messages was that
something in our environment (EMF) was hurting my husband. We are
now, finally, taking steps to remedy this situation. But I wish we
had paid attention sooner. Good judgment and intuition would BOTH
have helped us here.

of course if you are exhausted it is another thing.

(some would say more positive) ways of resting your brain. meditation
is one, shutting off that mind. (The same one that tells you you need
sleep. I mean, those yogis again, prove to us you do not need food,
not air to live, they can stop their heart. Then the lesson is it IS
all in the mind, the universe IS mental.

You feel this is the right supplement take it. Turns out not so good
(judgement), try again. controlling the mind is more important.

but mainly ourselves is the key. Very hard, but it is eating from the
tree of knowledge of good and evil (judgement) that made us lose our
Eden (darn eve had to eat that apple;0)). paradise on earth can be
attained through controlling your mind, until there is no more
judgement. then heaven and earth (mind and body) renew themselves as
we were promised.
