I don't recommend wheat grass juice -- I think it mobilizes
too many toxins into your bloodstream, but does nothing
to get them out of the body. This in turn causes adverse
reactions.

And I especially don't recommend taking it on an empty
stomach -- better to combine it with lots of protein'or
fiber, so that the toxins can bind to these and be taken
out of the body.

Yes, I've found several foods and supplements that do the
same thing to me. I always stop taking anything that
does this to me. You may be stirring up the toxins
in your body, but you need to do more than that --
you need to get them out of your body safely. You'd
be much better off taking something that mostly binds
to toxins which are already in your bloodstream --
antioxidants, activated charcoal, psyllium husks,
seaweed, etc.

I think most people call this a "metallic
taste" in your mouth. I experience this
often. This is supposedly heavy metals
being released. While this is a good
sign that you are doing something to
release heavy metals from your cells,
you must also find a way to do this
comfortably and also to get those
metals to leave your body. Again,
the items listed above would help
in that.

I have personally found that the supplements
Megahydrin/Microhydrin/Active H- are
good at making me feel better when
I've taken something which has mobilized
too many toxins (e.g., when I get that
bitter taste in my mouth). I think
this is because it binds with the
toxins so that they can be safely
eliminated from the body without
adverse effects. But there are
lots of fruits and vegetables which
also have antioxidants, so you could
experiment. Carrots, for example
have lots of beta carotene.
