Well, in theory, you shouldn't need to get rid of EVERYTHING -- that's
the idea behind the devices, diet, and supplements. But certainly
the wireless stuff is probably a good idea. Also, if you've got
those energy-efficient compact florescent light bulbs, replace
them with the old-fashioned incandescent light bulbs. (or even
better, incandescent full-spectrum light bulbs)

But I don't think most people are willing to give up their
computer or TV, even though those are probably high on the
list or appliances that are bad for you.
