Cara,
I am sorry to hear about the roller-coaster. I too feel that on
occasion. The only time I've felt sustained relief and actual JOY is up
in the mountains about 8 thousand feet in the Sierras. I felt better
temporarily when I moved into our current house for a while and then I
slipped back down into the morass of pain and subtle depression. What I
think is happening is my body has become so sensitive that when I
removed the top layer of immediate causes, the next layer was exposed.
In my case, the TV towers 2 miles from my current home (that I thought
wouldn't be a problem). When ever I travel away from home to do weekend
retreats, I can feel the energy of the city and towers when I return.
Yes, I am building up my ability to withstand the EMF in any situation
with the various remedies and healthy solutions. And, in the meantime,
I am learning the amazing ability of my body to help me recognize the
pollutants around me.
It is frustrating being the canary sometimes. I chose to use it as a
gift in raising awareness around the microwave sickness issue and
hopefully a few less people will suffer like I have or get a brain
tumor, MS, etc.
Hang in there.
