There are many things in the environment that you could be allergic in
addition to mites, parasites, bacteria, etc. can cause those reactions.
With out knowing more about the specific symptoms or conditions, your
body is in a reaction for a good reason. Remove as many chemicals as
you can from your life like from soaps, make-up, cleaners, laundry
detergent, softeners, etc. If your body friend has an apartment or new
house, the carpets, paint, wall could be "off gassing" chemicals.
In any case, you have got to get your liver, kidneys, lymphatic system
in top shape to deal with the environment. In addition to cleanses,
building and boosting your immune system is crucial to surviving and
flourishing.
Experiment with sleeping another place for a night or two and see if
the symptoms change. Trouble shoot this until you can recognize the
"causative" factors. Pets?
my best to you,
Andrew
