There are lots of detox kits out there. Assuming you are speaking of
mercury detox, to detox from mercury properly one needs to approach from a
more comprehensive perspective. ie. Consider state of your digestive
system, liver, kidneys, mental balance, etc. Then look at your objectives,
and find products to match your needs that consider your state.

Simply taking a detox kit may help to get *some* heavy metals & other stuff
out, but may also make one very sick if their digestive or excretion system
is already weak. I would be especially cautious if you have ES.

I am thinking of Detoxification but first should tests be done to know
about toxification.
