Based on my own experiences with multiple practitioners,
I don't totally believe either EAV or muscle testing.
Certainly I've had many adverse reactions to things
which tested "good" for me. But on the other hand,
I place even less faith in medical testing results
or "cookbook" approaches that are supposed to work
for everyone.
So in the end, I use EAV and muscle testing as a
"second opinion" to my own instincts. Also, the
practitioner I'm using now is a good counter-balance
to my own tendencies -- I typically do too many
things at once, and she typically thinks I should
as little as I can get away with. So the end
result is a good compromise between the two.
