I should also have said that with the free Reiki attunement, you really
don't need to learn how to *do* anything. I think just getting the
attunement by itself can be beneficial for your health, as long as
you don't mind a few days/weeks of potential cleansing symptoms
(fatigue, headache, frequent trips to the bathroom). So really all one
would need to do is fill out that form on that website doing the
free remote attunements, and then never think about it again!

Although, learning how to do Reiki after that is pretty simple,
and certainly could be useful to help in healing yourself and
others...
