Hi thank your for the information. I live on top of a mountain
basiclly in the middle of no where. We don't have cable, cell phone
service, etc. This effect also happens in a variety of different
places. At my college, in my car, etc. I'm not really sure why its
being caused or how to stop it. Thank you for the advice though!
