I noticed that Iridium utilise 66 low-earth orbiting (LEO) satellites operated
by The Boeing Company. I was wondering if there are any Boeing employees on
the list who have further information on this that they feel could be useful
and they are able to share without getting into trouble? :)
I am particularly interested to know the frequencies of EMR that these LEO
satellites transmit.

I have today been speaking to Arthur Firstenberg in the US (by phone).
He is one of the first people in the world to draw attention to the
issue of electrosensitivity, and has written a book about the health
effects and the research into this area. He also for a while put out a
newsletter called 'No Place To Hide'.

He has always been concerned about the existence of increasing numbers
of satellites and their ability to affect our health. He told me that
in the past few weeks Iridium have added extra services to their
satellites, and that he has noticed the difference. He said he has
spoken to others who have also noticed it - and asked me whether I had
noticed anything - and I realised that I have, in fact felt that there
was extra radiation in the past few weeks and I wondered where it was
coming from...perhapos the flat next door.

Anyone else noticed anything different? Click on the link to 'Breaking
News'.

"Avoid" may be the wrong word -- instead, you should do it to your level
of tolerance, and eventually work your way up.

When I was very weak and chronically fatigued, I started a routine of
walking outdoors at a local park. In the beginning, I could only walk
about 100 yards before I was too tired to continue. But I kept
returning every few days, until I could walk the full 3 miles of the
trail without problems.

I also had the same type of problem with being in the sunshine -- it
gave me sharp pains in my head. But by being in the sun a little each
day, I eventually got rid of that problem, and now have the same
tolerance for the sun as most people do.

I think people make a mistake when they "avoid" doing things which are
good for them. Instead of avoiding, they should simply do as much as
they can without adverse symptoms, and then make it a goal to be able to
do more in the future.
