Normally, a satellite dish is only a receptor, not a transmittor.
So it does not produce EMF or RF.

On the other hand it can function as a secundair antenna, and the received
RF radiation from phone masts may be reflected, as it does with all great
metallic surfaces.
And in less quatities from stone and glass.
