EMF is also called "EMR", which stands for
Electromagnetic Radiation. So yes, EMF is also
radiation. However, with all the various frequencies
that we are surrounded with (e.g. Microwave oven,
TV sets, computer), and the different components
(electric field, magnetic field), it can probably
cause a variety of damage.

I was already ES at that point, but I didn't realize
what was the cause of my problems. So when I went
on this trip, I used a laptop computer all day,
and of course I had exposure to EMF at the airports
and on the airplanes, which all made me very miserable.
But at the time, I could not understand what was
causing my problems. It was 2 months later when
I finally figured it out. And it took another
6 months to learn that this was a syndrome that
had a name associated with it. At that point,
I was told that there was nothing that could be
done to improve my situation, but I did my own
research and my own experimentation, and proved
that opinion wrong.

I think exercise and running could help, because
it increases your blood circulation and the flow in
your lymphatic system, and also increases your
intake of oxygen.
