I agree about the load to liver and kidneys - I always make sure I drink
more peppermein or kidney tea after taking extra protein. However, most
people probably don't need it as they drive everywhere. I don't have a
car currently and walk everywhere, which is a lot of exercise
somewtimes. I just find I feel a lot better with a protein top-up.

The human body only needs 8-12 percent protein each day!! Animal protein
is NOT good for the human body. We're made to digest vegetable
protein... spinach and other dark leafy greens. They have MORE protein
than meat and it's highly digestible!
Most people overdo the protein which puts a terrible burden on the liver
and kidneys and leads to all sorts of health challenges!
