tea and high iron foods

entityfree
i found out tea helps a lot! it keeps iron from being absorbed. because of polyphenols. additional fact supposedly caffeinated is 3 times more effective although it depends on the method of caffeine removal because one method has little effect on polyphenol (cant remember, think it is chemical vs oxygen process or something.)  problems again this week, ideas: lighting of the propane heater? foods? it is not clear to me at all the use of pesticides, and there is typically no labeling on foods that say pesticides were not used in the growing process.  i am saying used, because i am a vegan, and it is not as important what is in things as much as whether pesticides were used.
again though, problems can be under control but then resume when by the library wi-fi.

Re: tea and high iron foods

We have been fighting for GMO labeling for a long time. No there is nothing on labels. Processed Honey can be labeled Raw. No more country of origin labels. Most seafood is fraudulent, so the wildcaught salmon or shrimp was raised in a farm w/ radioactive water and food. Pretty much everything in the grocery store is too toxic for consumption. Forget restaurants. I have done my homework for years and have found basic food staples harder and more expensive to get if I can get them at all. This is my first year in this location and I found the food shortages started 2 weeks ago and I was not prepared. I eat some meat , but not very often or much. AZ will not give disabled people the foodstamps they qualify for even if the judge rules them to do so. The stores in my area have nothing. Most people have been brainwashed to think GMOs are the holey grail of food and so no trusting the eggs or stuff your neighbors produce. I am seeing before my own eyes that if I do not grow some of my own quick I will be in big trouble. I have had the feeling for years I best start learning how to do it. I am not physically able to garden, but all this moving off grid has got my idea machine going and my goal is an indoor food garden. I am trying to meet others like me who eat clean, healthy unprocessed organic and just joined a buying club that will be sending out organic food to me the 22nd of the month. The county worker got me some links of grow stuff-not useable for me but it did get me on a path where I can start growing indoors. I also have had food coming from swanson vitamins-they have lots of organic, but it's the some of the perishable staples that are costly to get here. After paying shipping for "Boxed Green's" I will only be left w/ a meal a day. All this to live smart meter free off grid-the payments for that is high.

Is there a way you can at least get a wired connection?

As far as lighting a propane heater you can see the instructions that came w/ the unit or call the installer. Also some propane delivery companies will do it for around 35 dollars and then take a video of them doing it. I learned from the video I took of my installer doing it. Also you can search "how to light brand of your heater" on youtube and see if anyone did a video. The brands are all different. I turn off my pilot every day in summer as it gets too hot from the flame, but at night I often relight it because I need heat.  It can be challenging but the more I do it the more I get used to the touch of getting it to catch and stay lit. I have a williams brand: it has an ignighter with a button you have to push, but I also know how to unscrew the plate and light it manually if that ever fails.  Also when they fill up the tank I close all the windows so I do not get the smell of the gas in my house-it really stinks. Best of luck
