Smart Meters will be in every State unless the program is stopped. Part of Obama's 'smart' grid. It wasn't bad enough that he put Monsanto in charge of our food supply and poisons us with GMOs he had to poison us further with these meters.
I can't wait to vote that creep out of Office. Not that his opponent will necessarily be much better but I already know Obama is a corrupt POS.

Over power lines are better but many say they create electrical noise in the lines.
Don't believe that about the once per day. SDGE originally told me that, then they changed it to 3 times a day, now up to 25,000 pulses per day!
Once per day would not give them the control they want over the grid
