i am thinking about importance of sunlight.  it has been seeming that when i stand in the sunlight the feelings go away.  i think maybe not just because it is away from the routers.  i got a vegan vitamin d supplement and was really hoping it might make a difference.

Yes, there is a line of thinking that "light therapy" / "color therapy" / "Spectro Chrome"
can cure a lot of things, and certainly on the vacation I just had, where I was
outside far more than normal, was beneficial just from all the natural light
I got (other than sunburn, of course)

The light we get inside is usually quite unnatural, unless you're still using old
incandescent bulbs.

The energy from the sun is incredibly strong, one square meter = 1000 watts in one hour of energy. If you have just your arms exposed you're maybe getting 1 watt of energy hitting your skin every minute.. Also depends what time of day, etc. But just to give you an idea.
I found that when I was really bad sitting under the sun a little too long would cause problems, but a smaller amount of time was helpful.  It may have to do with vitamin D, I'm not sure, but definitely in small amounts it helps.

Agree.
Sunlight calms the nervesystem.
Natural.
I find Sungazing is good. Especially at sunrise and sunset. When the sun is not so strong.
Because you are emf sensitive you can probably feel this more than a person without compromised immune system.

Marc.. What you think about halogen? 230v.
I just changed some of the lamps in my appartment which was fluorescent lamps. Which i used to be very sensitive to. So i Know what bad stuff they emit.

I think line-level (120v or 220v) halogen is probably okay, as usually it's the AC->DC transformers that make people ill with 12v halogens.  I'm not really sure what halogen does to the spectrum of the light, although I do know that the light does look a little different, so the overall color temperature is affected.

I totally agree with you. I feel much better going into the sun and eating a fruit or something. I also started wearing silver woven fabric clothing to block some of the router signals
