I just got through talking with some from EMF services on the
internet. He says the best way to use the stetzer filters is to have
two outlets at the breaker panel. One for each of the two main
wires. I forget the exact technical wording. But there is supposed
to be two main wires. He says you then plug in multiple stetzer
filters into multiple expander plugs. Four on each outlet. He also
told me of a way to check for ground current. He says you get a
digital volt meter that can check for voltage as low as 1 volt or
less. He then said to touch one to the frame of my mobile home and
the other to the ground. He said to stick a screwdriver in the ground
and place one of the leads to the screwdriver. He didn't mention
which color black or red to place on the frame of the screwdriver. he
says the best way to do it is to somehow extend the lead wires to a
length of 20 feet and check the ground as far from the home as
possible without getting close to other structures.
