Marc -
thanks for writing back. i'm not online much, sorry for the delay. when you put in near your head/neck but not on the chain, um, so how do you wear it? i'd like to try it closer to my head, too, but does that mean i'm taping the thing into my ear? :) i react still online with these symptoms: - right hand goes numb, sometimes both get tight and feel fat - headache - tight throat - a bit of mania, like i can't get myself offline. also get the muchies. - and did i say headache? i will try not to use the polarizer and the ambrotose at the same time. i'm only taking one pill a day for now...will see if that helps i do know that i feel better lately with emf than before these, so who knows? although i haven't been online much, either jill Message: 2 Date: Mon, 13 Dec 2004 10:15:35 -0800 From: Marc Martin <[hidden email]> Subject: Re: springlife > So I just got my springlife polarizer, among other things, and i'm wondering > if there's anything in particular i should feel or not feel - or even do with > it (no instructions came with) Well, ideally you should feel better (more energy, more stamina, more resistant to chemicals, etc.) As for what to do with it, it just needs to be near you. I find that it has a stronger effect on me the closer it is to my head/neck. So placing it directly on my head/neck (or near it) has the most effect, while wearing it on a chain near my chest has less effect, and in my pant's pocket has even less effect. > i feel the same reactions when online, unfortunately Could you list the specific reactions you are having? It does look a little strange, but I generally just wear it in my pants pocket where nobody would see it anyway. Or if I'm using a computer, I can just place it above the function keys (F7,F8,etc.) on my keyboard. > i also just started taking abrotose. anyone find that helpful? any hints? I found Ambrotose quite strong for me, and it had a similar effect to the Springlife Polarizers. I've found that I really shouldn't use both at the same time. I'll be interested to hear if either the Ambrotose or the Springlife Polarizers are helpful for you, or if they have no effect at all. I generally only do this while I'm sleeping, and I think that just putting it under my pillow or mattress works just as well (although I feel slightly different when I wake up in the morning if I place it in alternate places) Marc |

Hi Jill,
A lot of those symptoms sound familiar, and for me I believe it is my thyroid that is clobbered with EMF and mercury, and resulting in those symptoms. Here is what I have been doing that works well for me. I also use the Springlife between computer and I, together with a roll of about 200 copper pennies, and an Aulterra Neutalizer sticker. This is the odd combination that worked when I was at my worst, so I've kept it ever since. I use a Quantum Home plugged in to reduce EMF from electrical devices - it seems to give me back vital energy to feel like waking up in the morning. Perhaps I get less EMF at night, and my body appreciates it in the morning. I take an extensive series of supplements by USANA. I have been pleasantly surprised by how healthy these supplements have made my body. People mention to me how healthy I look - even though inside I don't feel all that peachy with EMF/mercury rattling me. I also eat coconut oil daily, which is known for it great benefits for thyroid. I use buddhist chants (like "Om") to get a vibration going in my body, to keep my thyroid's vital energy strong. Finally I'm on niacin and folic acid megadosing, which has been a miracle combo for me. I'm up to 1000mg niacin, 3 times/day. It completely takes the edge off emotional turbulance, eliminates depression, and significantly reduces my symptoms in front of computer. With that I'm able to work almost as long as I want now, in front of small LCD of notebook, or large LCD with brightness/contrast dimmed down, and Red-Green-Blue adjusted to reduce my sensitivity. I'm looking at changing to Armour Thyroid from Synthroid, since I believe my T4 isn't getting converted to T3 properly due to mercury side effects, and adds to my instability later in the day. There is one doctor who recommends 98% T4, and 2% T3, and Armour Thyroid can be used to achieve that combination. I'm scheduled to go back to work over the next 6 months, in a new career as website copywriter; something I couldn't have imagined one year ago, before I found this wonderful ESENS group..
