Ever since I moved where I currently am, I've also not been digesting food as well as I have somewhere else that only had 1 smart meter and less wifi saturation that was enough to cause some distress. Now it's far worse and I haven't changed anything and eat as clean as I can. My diet is pretty static from week to week and eat mostly by nutrient I feel I need besides being higher carb which as it is I know isn't good but I'm on my feet a lot and it's just a habit I picked up as a result though it's not the root of this sudden distress since when I leave the area for a while and eat the same way I'm fine. After eating anything at all I'm now more gassy and bloated than ever but I never gain any significant weight so it's that food just sits there and doesn't even come out well. As a male I'm on the lighter end at a general 120-124 pound range which probably doesn't help how I'm emf affected but I'm far from weak when I'm not around it hurting me.
I've been away from heavy smart radiation and wifi/cell signals/ect- before a couple years ago and I confirmed it's definitely the root of my issues there because I was able to eat anything but I never experienced any severe digestive distress even though I could literally even eat onion rings and junk food with my dinner with no issues for days save for whatever tends to come along with eating a lot of junk food in general if it's an every once in a blue moon thing. I was away for a week then so the difference I felt between there and here was very big overall regarding all this. The closer I am to the radiation the worse it all gets till I'm in a situation like this. Is there anything experiencing the same or similar that at least helps ease the distress. I've tried laxatives before but the only thing that did was give me a nasty addiction to them I had to break a long while back and less in me with the same gas/bloating. Otherwise I'm not sure what I should try next since everything becomes less effective anyways the closer to smart radiation I am. I'm thinking yogurt myself but I don't eat dairy/eggs/meat. Finding non-dairy is hard and it's expensive in the long run to have normally, plus never mind non-dairy finding plain non-flavored in non-dairy is near impossible it seems where I live. |
I would suggest making smoothies. Its easier, less messy, and less expensive than juicing if you are on a budget and its super quick and easy to do. Its easy to digest and you will get way more nutrition this way than eating a lot of carbs. Stay away from wheat, corn, grains, and carbs in general for awhile as those are harder to digest. Stay away from sugar as well because if you have gut issues such as parasites or bacteria (such as candida) this will just feed them. As far as smoothies you can mix some fruit such as frozen strawberries and bananas with almond milk and spinach. Theres tons of recipes you can find to make healthy smoothies.

I think I'm gonna give that a try and see how it works out soon, I don't normally consume much sugar anyways weekly so I don't gotta worry about that. I've made progress through since I'm eating a larger variety of foods now and my body doesn't crave just carbs in the morning anymore, I just need to find a way to get what I need while I'm under a lot of stress from it all as it is.

my roommate and i have ‘rediscovered’ the blood type diet
i am an A and he is an O, so we have different dietary needs. we are both finding that conforming to our blood-type compatible foods is really helping our health. if you know your blood type you can find the foods that work for that blood type on the web at http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typebase5/T5.pl?462 if you don’t know your blood type, you can get a kit for $5 that will tell you what it is. there is another level of blood typing that includes “secretor” status and it too is helpful to know, but it costs more and reqiures a few weeks to get the results. perhaps that might be helpful for you too. best wishes. patricia > On Aug 13, 2017, at 11:12 AM, sourdoe83 [via ES] <[hidden email]> wrote: > > Ever since I moved where I currently am, I've also not been digesting food as well as I have somewhere else that only had 1 smart meter and less wifi saturation that was enough to cause some distress.
