routers/EMF

Paresh
I am enjoying internet radio (Pandora) but it requires the computer to be on of course. There are network music players like this:

http://www.slimdevices.com/pi_squeezebox.html

that will play with the computer off but they require a network. I don't really know anything about these but I am very sensitive to wireless. I don't know if routers or Ethernet would have the same effect. Does anyone know if there is likely to be increased EMF with this?

Also FYI, I finally switched to Comcast after years of dial up and am having no bad reactions. I had tried Yahoo DSL prior to that and only lasted about 2 days.
blessings,
Paresh

Interesting--I have heard that DSL can be an issue, but I use it (but try to
stay away).

I wonder if the player will work just with the comcast box?

I think if you put the router near the comcast box with a short cable, and
use good quality cables, it could be OK. Try to get a good router,
preferably
made of metal if you can find one. The power supply could contaminate your
wiring...an older one might be better. Or plug into a filter.
