Drasko has not yet understood the issue of electrical pollution. The
damaging high frequencies that enter a building riding on the 50 or 60 Hz are
broadcast up to 10 feet from the wiring. As high frequency is subject to
the "skin effect," (Meaning it flows to the exterior of wiring and off onto
whatever is available) electric fields of high frequency are found on walls,
floors, counters, furniture... and people. Water pipes and phone lines are
potent conductors and broadcasters, as well as duct work, metal beams....
This leaves about zero space in a building where one is not being subjected to
these frequencies, which are easily capable of entering your body.
I will illustrate this once again with a story. I used to become
unaccountably agitated and anxious while sitting at our dining room table. More
than once I got up and left the table during a meal, almost in tears. I
began to think maybe I really was "losing it." Then it occurred to me to
check the area with a sensitive electric field meter, and I found a strong
electric field on the table. A wooden table. Not touching anything. Sitting
on carpet. The field was determined to be emanating from a lamp cord behind
a desk several feet away. When the cord was wrapped in conductive fabric
and grounded to the outlet, the field on the table disappeared and I now sit
here comfortably.
Such electric fields, occurring in unexpected places not near hot
wiring, can be presumed to contain the damaging high frequencies. In fact, when
Dave came here later with his $4,000 meter from Russia that measures both field
strength and frequency, he found high frequency in all the places that I had
identified myself. Some of these fields were well over 150 volts per meter.
However, I personally am sensitive to 3 volts per meter if the field
contains the high frequencies, as are many other ES people. THE FREQUENCY
INVOLVED IN THE EXPOSURE IS THE KEY ISSUE.
Dave has experimented with letting pure 60 Hz run through his body vs.
running only the electrical pollution from the utility run through him. He
can stand comfortably on metal plates with 60 Hz running through him. He
pitches off the plates vomiting after just minutes of the high frequency
exposure, and is ill for days afterward. Anyone who does not think EP affects
him/her is invited to try this experiment.
They have done experiments incubating/hatching chicken's eggs exposed to
clean 60 Hz vs. polluted electricity, and found the EP results in lower
hatching rates and malformed chicks. And of course you can read about Dr.
Havas' studies at www.stetzerelectric.com/.
With the Russian meter mentioned above, Dave can read the frequency of
the fields of a human body. If a person stands near a wall with EP in the
wiring, the person has an electric field with those frequencies in it. If a
filter is plugged into an outlet near the person, the field strength on the
person decreases and the high frequencies decrease.
One of the interesting discoveries is that the high-frequency fields of
a person do not go away when that person leaves the area of exposure, but
remain in the body for a long time. Just how long has not been determined, but
overnight anyway. Meaning that if a person is exposed to high frequencies
every day in his/her work, that these frequencies are there night and day.
The damage is cumulative.
How much a particular field is able to enter and affect the body depends
on its power. Both voltage and frequency figure into the equation. As I
explained previously, in the US the filters short the high frequencies onto
the neutral, where there is very little voltage. (There should be zero
voltage on the neutral, but because of utility trasmission inadequacies, there is
maybe 3-4 volts.) The power of the field drops tremendously, and the high
frequencies are no longer broadcast into your living space. There is no
mystery about how the filters work.
In Europe there is no neutral. Both the wires are hot. So the high
frequencies are forced onto a hot wire which does return current to the
substation. The filters are able to trap all the EP. In that regard, Europe is
more fortunate than the US. However Europe has worse standards for MW.

I presume what Drasko was asking about was what he sees as the tiger, that is
the frequencies broadcast by microwave and radio towers. I can only guess
that his attitude offended his interrogees so that they simply did not wish to
talk with him further, as they have in fact discovered something quite
interesting about this "tiger." An example will illustrate. Dave was called to
remediate a school where a teacher and 3 students had cancer. There were
only 80 people at the school, staff and students combined, and the 3 students
with cancer were only in the 4th grade. The cancers had all occurred after a
microwave tower had been built just 50 feet from the school. Within half an
hour of the installation, people who had been suffering migraines reported that
their pain had disappeared. No more people got cancer after the Stetzer
filters were installed and those who had it have recovered.
It appears likely that the main effect of broadcasting towers is NOT the
airborne frequencies, but those that are created by the equipment that
supports the tower, which is then present in the wiring of the buildings. This
includes the strobe lights which produce a surge of 25 megahertz current at 1
1/2 second intervals, which has been found to travel up to 6 miles from the
tower as ground current.
It is of course likely that over a longer period of time the airborne
transmission will indeed produce cancer, but incidents such as the above clearly
result in dramatic health improvements.
Dave suggests that people living near such towers, or affected by their
neighbor's phones, shield their living space from the airborne frequencies in
addition to installing the filters.

I have replied to this before. To date I have not made a penny
supporting Dave's marketing in any way. However, I don't find that very relevant.
If a person supports something or sells something because it is a great
thing, why should anyone object?
When Dave and Dr. Graham first invented the filters, Dave had his
employees making them in the back room at his shop. He gave away more than he
sold, just to help the suffering people he was encountering while working with
Dr. Graham on the dairy herd "stray voltage" problem. As demand for the
filters grew, they could not make enough of them to keep up with it, yet Dave was
reluctant to mass produce them because he didn't want to "make money off of
people's suffering." I had to help him understand that it is the utilities who
are making money off of people's suffering. That if he didn't produce more
filters, more people like me would suffer and die. That if he made the
filters available he would in fact be making money helping people STOP suffering.
So he did it.
What is ironic is that so far he has spent waaaay more money doing all
he has for ES people than he has made. He used to be a wealthy man with a
great power quality business. What his efforts in doing something about
electrical pollution have brought him so far are great debt, physical exhaustion,
harrassmet and threats, and hassle from people like Drasko. And yet he
continues. I admire him greatly.
The reason I mention the filters often is simply because they are so
useful in addressing the problems people mention here.
Because they are, I have decided, now that I can drive distances again,
to make myself professionally available to check people's homes and help them
remediate. This will include selling anyone the number of filters their
particular situation calls for, in order for them to be well. I do not expect a
landslide business, but I am looking forward to the continuing gratification
of helping people become much healthier. (I have been checking friends'
homes for some time now, and it is wonderful to hear the results they have gotten
from the filters and other changes I recommend.) I also continue to teach
workshops on the issue of electrical pollution what to do about it, and two
are scheduled for the Milwaukee area this fall.
It seems strange to me that Drasko is so doubtful of the ethics of those
involved in helping ES people. Would he really prefer that people with
knowledge and inventions that really make a difference just keep them in the
closet and sit on their hands?
